Do you service private homes or backyards?
No. Pet Waste Pals serves shared outdoor spaces at multifamily communities, HOA common areas, commercial properties, dog parks and public places. Single-family homes and private residential yards are outside our scope.
What does pet waste station care include?
Station care can include waste bag restocking, trash removal, minor cleanup around stations and visual inspection reporting. Disinfecting and deodorizing are discussed as part of the property’s specific service scope.
Can I request service for multiple properties?
Yes. Include the property locations and an overview of each site’s needs in one inquiry. Let us know about differences in access, shared areas or existing stations.
How is the service schedule determined?
The service schedule and included work are established for your property. Share the size and use of your spaces, station count and current concerns so an appropriate scope can be discussed.
Where do you provide service?
Our service area comprises Utah County, Weber County, Davis County and Salt Lake County. Include the city and county for each property in your inquiry.
